Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Individual must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Individual must have the ability to work with the IT Manager in the implementation and completion of assigned projects, as well as Help Desk administration/End User support. Must be able to provide backup support for users and Help Desk technicians, backup and disaster recovery monitoring and administration, software support for all company used applications, antivirus management, exchange server administration 2007/2010, Microsoft Active Directory administration, patch/update management and rollouts, system/server health and space monitoring, and must have strong software and hardware troubleshooting experience. Also must be able to perform firewall, switch and router configurations and installations (Dell Power connects, Fortinet Routers, firewalls and switches). Must have strong troubleshooting skill in WAN, VLAN, LAN, as well as phone and communications support and dispatch (VOIP phone system). Must be able to perform remote office visits and setup (UT, CO). 5+ years as a System Administrator is required, as well as an Associate’s degree in the Computer Science Field, MCP (MCSE preferred) and CCNA.
