Entrepreneurial, Dynamic, Creative, Determined and "Committed to the Cause" are only a few ways to describe the founder of Citywide Home Loans-Steve Goorman. No one in the company works harder than the man who leads one of the most inventive teams of mortgage professionals. He lives by the motto, "Leadership is taught by example."Mr. Goorman's career path has kept him and his co-workers up front in the mortgage industry for over 17 years. Even though he oversees the daily operation of Citywide Home Loans and directs the most dynamic sales force in today's market place, he continues to originate loans for his own clients and serves a list of top performing real estate professionals. The knowledge and experience that Steve has about all mortgage lending products and services makes him an asset to anyone that does business with him personally or with any of the other professionals at Citywide Home Loans.

Steve Goorman is originally from Southern California. He moved to Salt Lake City, Utah about 15 years ago. Steve loves the Utah lifestyle and enjoys residing in Salt Lake City.

Citywide Home Loans is very excited to bring to the table the talents of Brian Rallison. Brian has been employed in the mortgage and financial industries for the past 17 years. He has worked in almost all aspects of the mortgage industry, including Processing Department Manager, Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Director of Marketing, and even the co-founder of a mortgage company.Brian is noted to be an expert on imaging and branding. He assists the sales staff in unique and informative advertising campaigns, corporate marketing and client relationship retention operations. His personal slogan is "No Comparison," with which we can concur.Mr. Rallison is a Utah native. He enjoys spending time with his three boys, traveling, cooking and other diverse activities. He is always looking for new interests.

Lonnie has been employed in the Financial and Mortgage industry for the last 12 years.  She has been involved in all aspects of the mortgage industry from Loan Officer, Processor to Underwriter. Her strengths are her knowledge in Conventional, FHA, and New Construction.  She understands the importance of keeping up with the many changes happening in today’s industry.  She enjoys working with Loan Officers and Staff members to find the client the best possible products to suit their needs.

On a personal note she enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors, camping, ATV bike riding.  She also enjoys working out and reading good books.

Annette began her mortgage experience with American Savings in Cedar City in 1981 as a loan secretary and also worked as a processor, closer, loan officer, and trainer. After the Resolution Trust Corporation dissolved American Savings in 1990, she worked for a local title company for a few years and then got back into the mortgage lending industry working as a closer for several national companies. While working for Citywide Home Loans, she has been able to incorporate many of the things she has learned throughout her mortgage experience as the industry has gone through major changes. Annette graduated from the University of Utah and continues to be a U of U fan. She enjoys spending time with her husband and four children.

Teresa Whitehead, Sales Manager

Teresa was raised in Carmel, California.   She moved to Salt Lake City in 1993 after living in the Bay Area for 12 years.

Teresa has extensive credit/management background in sales and credit management.  From 1993-1997: she managed a staff of 75+people and $300 million portfolio of wholesale auto financing paper.

Teresa became a Wholesale Mortgage representative in 1997. She was an Account Executive, for New Century Mortgage from 2002-2007.  She was the top producing Account Executive in the Region.  She also was an Account Executive for MortgageIt (a division of Deutsche Bank). She has been the Account Executive for Stearns Lending from 2007-2009.  Teresa was instrumental in expanding the Stearns Lending branch from $10 million per month to $80 million per month in a two year period.

She is married to Brad Eagar, and resides in Draper.  She and Brad have three daughters: Emilee Eagar, a freshman at SUU, Alexandra Whitehead, a senior at Alta High and Allison Eagar, a 9th grader at Mapleton Junior High.

Sean Dickson, Sales Manager

Sean is originally from Utah, although much of his youth and teenage years were spent in Southern Idaho.  He has also resided in the Bay Area of northern California, as well as some time on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.

Sean has been in the mortgage industry since 1996, when he started as an assistant to a loan originator, then soon afterwards became a senior loan originator.  In less than a year after starting in the industry, he was offered a position as a Wholesale Account Executive covering the Wasatch Front.  Sean spent the next 13 years working in the wholesale side of mortgage lending, including representing Homecomings Financial, GMAC’s alternative lending company, for nearly 9 years.

Sean believes strongly in forging long lasting relationships built on communication and trust.  His goal has always been seeking out quality individuals to associate with, and then working hard to serve their needs. He is always willing to go the extra mile for those he works closely with.

As a wholesale representative, Sean has always worked to facilitate transactions that need someone that could provide a fresh perspective.  He is excellent at problem solving and working as both an advocate for originators, as well as a messenger for underwriters.  He is able to see solutions where others may not.  He is excellent at explaining complex issues, and at using his creativity to find ways to get things done.

Sean’s skills make him a great fit as a Sales Manager for Citywide Home Loans, where thinking outside the box fits right in.
